Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once it has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return after delivery.

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Exchanges: If you received a defective or wrong item, we offer free exchanges.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
