Amstindia expressly disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not affect any manufacturer warranties that may apply.

The ownership of purchased goods remains with Amstindia until full payment is received. If items are purchased for export, the buyer must obtain any necessary export documentation before shipping internationally. Manufacturer warranties for exported goods may vary or be void. Please inquire for details.

Amstindia is not liable for any indirect damages, including product misuse. All liability is strictly limited to the cost of the purchased products.

Basic terms

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices and product details due to errors, market changes, product discontinuation, or typographical mistakes.
  • Product images on our website may differ slightly due to design revisions or color variations.
  • Please keep all original packaging and documentation in case you need to return or service an item.
  • Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • To request an RMA, provide the customer name, invoice number, serial number, and reason for return.

Rights & restrictions

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
  • Access to any digital content or services purchased is time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
  • Digital content will be accessible as long as the company maintains it, with a minimum availability of one year after purchase.
  • All digital content is streamed online and cannot be downloaded.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any digital content at its discretion.
